Kale Toast with Tangy Tahini

This Kale Toast makes an easy, delicious snack, lunch or dinner.

Ingredients:
• Crusty bread (sourdough, white country, or gluten-free)
• Fresh kale
• EVOO
• Salt & pepper
• Fixa Foods Tangy Tahini
• Crushed red pepper flakes
• Lemon juice to taste

Method:
1. Cut kale into small strips.
2. Add kale, EVOO, salt, pepper, crushed red pepper flakes, and freshly squeezed lemon juice to a sauté pan on medium heat.
3. While kale is being sautéed, toast bread.
4. Take the pan off heat once kale is wilted but not overcooked.
5. Drizzle toast with EVOO, spread a healthy schmear of Tangy Tahini, and add sautéed kale on top.
6. Enjoy the Perfect Kale Toast!
