Water

Water may not come to mind when people think of what makes focaccia, but water is an essential ingredient (to life!). We don’t use any fancy bottled water because the City of Bend’s water is really good. It comes from the Bend Municipal Watershed in the Deschutes National Forest. Here’s a good illustration of our water’s journey.
